I was invited to give a talk on robot ethics at the agrarPÄDAGOGIKA 2020 which is a further educational event for Austrian teachers. This year, the event has the umbrella topic Digitalization.
As robots will increasingly be part of our everyday life, the ethical implications of robot use increase in importance and public interest.
To be able to raise awareness with the young generation, teachers need to be knowledgeable in what is there to come, the issues that robots may bring with them and to teach a beneficial use of robots.
In addition, I will have an interactive workshop with groups of participants talking about general ethical issues in digitization.
